Terms and conditions
All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We do not provide refunds. You can use your Online Credit Note to purchase an alternative size or product. Our Online Credit Notes are valid for 6 months.
Strictly no returns on items purchased on Sale or with a Promotion Code - these are Final Sale items only.
Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
A Returns Form is included with every order on the back of your invoice.
If your item/s are faulty (and any such fault has been approved by Yannika as a genuine manufacturing fault), you are eligible for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In order to receive an Online Credit Note, your return item must meet the following conditions:
- be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for overseas parcels)
- must be a full-priced item
- new and unworn
- all original swing tags attached
- no make-up or fake tan marks
- not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power
- include our Returns Form included with your order and original invoice
We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. We will not process returns until your item is received by us.

All items which fail to comply with any of our conditions above (How To Return An Item)
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).
We will process your Online Credit Note within 2-4 business days of receiving your return. An email will be sent to you with your online credit code/e-gift card to use. We do not provide exchanges - we recommend using your online credit to purchase a new size or product.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler's discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Yannika will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.
